  1. An Excel sheet contains 1,048,576 rows, 16,384 columns, and more than 17 Billion cells.
  2. Width of a column can be maximum 255 characters i.e. one can type maximum 255 characters in a column. And the characters that can be entered in header and footer in Excel 2007 are 255.
  3. An Excel sheet can be split in maximum four panes and you can add 64000 sheets in.xls or.xlsx file created using MS Excel 2007. These sheets can be used to refer each other.
  4. Maximum 256 users can open and share the already shared the.xls or.xlsx file at the same time, which is a good for people working in sharing mode.
  5. Data form - the most commonly used feature of MS Excel 2007. A form is often used to collect information in fast and flawless manner. You can add maximum of 32 fields like Sr. No, Name, Address Line 1, Address Line 2, Contact Number, etc. in a Data form.

  8. While using a spreadsheet, you may need to undo any recent entry. MS Excel 2007 allows you to undo actions up to 100 times.
  9. You can zoom an Excel sheet from 10% to 400% depending on your needs. For example, if you want to view the data in large mode then you can simply zoom the file.
  10. You cannot add more than 8192 characters while creating a function in this spreadsheet application.
